  1. AsSalaamu Alaikum,

In the the Blessed Month of Ramadan….woke up at around 4:00 in the morning for suhur Alhamdulillah. At work the morning was a bit painful, may they be an expiation for my sins inshaAllah, my stomach was hurting and I was fatigued. Alhamdulillah, suddenly while working, I began to think about the wonders and miracles of Allah (S.W.T), Here’s one for you science guys….

The Kidneys are a regulatory organ for the body. Through the Kidneys, the blood is filtrated and waste is taken out of the body. The Kidneys also play an integral role in regulation of blood pressure, blood pH, osmotic pressure, and many other things. Allah has blessed us with 2 kidneys. Wonderful fact, if one fails, the other can take on the work of both no problem, inshaAllah, in many cases. In relation with other biological systems of the body such as the cardiovascular and pulmonary system, the kidneys at times can adjust to keep the body at a good standing. If there is a blockage in blood flow, before the blood reaches the kidneys, a substance called Aldosterone is made within the body to raise the blood pressure. I think ,remembering off hand that Aldosterone is made by the liver. If it comes to the point where the body is in a weakened state and cannot make Aldosterone, the liver will produce a lipoprotein(s) that can be used as a substitute for aldosterone.
Alhamdulillah, your body is an automated, biological wonder that outmatches anything that man could ever invent or dream of. And for the most part it’s healthy, and when it’s sick… well when it’s sick, you know, and if you don’t you will.
Another scientific study on the body….

Hit your head, damage your brain, no really don’t do that. If this occurs, scientists and doctors have witnessed that parts of the brains that are paralyzed due to trauma are closed off, while in repair, the function is rewired in the brain around the injury area to work with some injuries.

    Alhamdulillah.

I don’t know about you but at work, with no food, fasting fisibilillah in the month of Ramadan I was very happy to think about these wonders. Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar!!! And many things in the body are still a mystery like the cause of kidney stones. Allah is great and every day we should praise Him and be mindful of what the favours of our Lord. La ilaha illa Allah wa Muhammadan Rasulullah! Alhamdulillah!!!!

So I say all that to say, after thinking about these things, still fatigued, I got a burst of energy and completed my day with a smile and provoked thought and good conversation with my co-workers. Allah has truly blessed us.

    AsSalaamu Alaikum
